The
Organisers of GLOBOIL INTERNATIONAL reserve all rights to cancel,
change
the venue and dates or reasons beyond their control. However
in case of cancellation the organisers shall return all
the payment
to Delegates/Exhibitors without any intrest. The organisers are
not responsible for any loss arising out of natural calamity/accidents
during the Event. The execution of terms and conditions related
to the Event shall be deemed to be domiciled at
Mumbai
Courts and dispute arising there of shall be judged according
to the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. |
